Our Approach
☻
Narrative Building
We are interested in elevating a public narrative that leverages pop culture and media to inspire a culture of belonging for all. At the heart of our work are the practices and ethics of curiosity and love.
❋
Storytelling
We are on a mission to create compelling, character-driven, and original stories that integrate these messages and narratives into public formats: social media, TV, theater, experiential, and other forms of media.
✦
Amplify
These stories need to also reach people. We build in strong amplification strategy to reach targeted audiences on a niche or massive scale. We impact produce every project, to foster public engagement.
✿
Impact-Centered
We are interested in being rigorous, not just artful. We partner with researchers and institutions to analyze the efficacy of these story projects on attitudes and behaviors, e.g. through sentiment analysis and polling.
Our Beliefs
We can’t just imagine policies or systems—Culture norms and relational fabric matter.
Belonging isn’t just taught, it’s modeled to us by the media and culture we consume.
It’s not data that moves people toward action—it’s story.

What We Do
We are constantly iterating on a narrative strategy that fosters understanding and belonging in the United States
We develop original stories in a multitude of formats (e.g. TV, theater, social media content, etc.)
We analyze the impact these stories have on the attitudes and behaviors of others, showing that these pop culture initiatives make a positive difference in society
How it Works
Your foundation or company works with us, a 501c3 fiscally sponsored project, on an existing or new initiative
We share our strategy and on-going updates on how our original stories are developing
Ideally, we continue to partner together throughout the entirety of a project’s lifecycle, from development to production to distribution and impact analysis
